You can get a cash advance with the Total VISA® Credit Card. The APR for cash advances is 29.99 percent, and there is a cash advance fee of 5 percent or $10, whichever is greater.
Reviews of the Total Visa credit card are mixed. Overall, users seem happy with the card itself.
